We identify potential risks in employee-employer relations in advance and develop solutions that are fully compliant with the law. We also provide active representation and strategic support in the areas of collective bargaining agreements, employee rights, and employer obligations.<\/p>\n


Consulting on all matters related to labor law covers topics such as hiring, transfers, dismissals, compensation, disciplinary measures, occupational health and safety, personnel outsourcing, and foreign labor employment.<\/p>\n

  • Preparing draft personnel documents, local regulations governing the employer’s employment relationships (work rules, salary and bonus regulations, regulations on the processing of employees’ personal data, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Preparing the necessary documents for the recruitment process.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing collective bargaining agreements, developing them in cooperation with employee representatives and government agencies, and managing the registration processes.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting procedures for changing the terms of employee contracts (preparing the necessary documents for matters such as transfers, changes in working hours, and salary regulations).<\/li>\n
  • Auditing human resources processes; submitting reports containing identified violations, possible sanctions, and recommendations for remedying violations.<\/li>\n
  • Comprehensive legal due diligence regarding the workforce aspects of the acquired company during a merger\/acquisition;<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the transfer of employees within the scope of mergers and acquisitions;<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the termination of employment contracts for all reasons stipulated by the Labor Law (preparing draft documents for dismissal, interacting with government agencies, employees, and their representatives);<\/li>\n
  • Participation in internal investigations regarding employee disciplinary violations and other labor relations issues;<\/li>\n
  • Establishment of a conciliation commission (drafting of all necessary documents, training of conciliation commission members);<\/li>\n
  • Representing the employer’s interests in individual labor disputes before the conciliation commission and in court;<\/li>\n
  • Representing the employer’s interests in collective bargaining and disputes;<\/li>\n
  • Representing the employer during inspections conducted by the state labor inspectorate;<\/li>\n
